Procedure

  1. Lid open. No click: batteries in the box (follow the stamped polarity).
  2. Click, no snap: watch each ceramic. One dark → that lead.
  3. All snap, no fire: regulator or tubes off orifice.
  4. Tank off. Grates and tents out.
  5. Photograph clamp and connector. Pull the spade at the collector.
  6. Replace the cracked ceramic. Nickel gap. Do not clamp to a tent.
  7. If the button is dead with new AAs, search 463344116 igniter module — match outlet count.
  8. Test lid open. Side burner is its own short lead.
