Nexgrill 720-0896 igniter

720-0896 spark ignition uses multiple ceramics into a collector box. Match electrode bend and lead length to the 720-0896 schematic — not a Weber AA kit.

Large Nexgrill carts spark from hose-clamp or bracket ceramics into a battery collector. One dead ceramic does not mean replace every tube. Search Nexgrill 720-0896 igniter electrode and match the photo.

Procedure

  1. Confirm 720-0896 on the plate.
  2. Lid open. Tick? Battery / box first if silent.
  3. Tick, no snap at one burner: that ceramic.
  4. All snap, no fire: regulator.
  5. Tank off. Photograph ceramics and boots.
  6. Replace one electrode. Gap to the tube.
  7. Vacuum porcelain chips.
  8. Test lid open.
