Weber Genesis II E-310 flavorizer bars

Genesis II 300-series bars are ~17.1 inches (66032 / 66795), not Spirit 15.3 inches and not original Genesis. Seat five bars over three GS4 tubes.

Genesis II E-310 is wider than a Spirit and not the same as a 2011–2016 Genesis with no “II” on the fascia. Spirit 7636 bars rattle in this box. Original Genesis 17.5” / 7620-class bars can look close and still miss the II notches.

E-335 sear is not a fourth flavorizer. Keep bars off the sear.

Confirm generation

Procedure

  1. Cold. Grates off. Count five bars over three mains.
  2. Measure length and notch shape. Photograph.
  3. Compare the verified II 300 listing above. If the product photo is Spirit-width, skip it.
  4. Lift old bars. Scrape notches level.
  5. Set peaks over the three tubes. On E-335, leave the sear uncovered by a main bar.
  6. Grates on. Preheat. Shift any gap before a fatty cook.

If tubes are already perforated, stop stacking bars on a wreck: Genesis burner tubes and repair versus replace.
