TRU-Infrared 4-burner 463242715 uses a multi-outlet collector (SureFire-class on many years). Match electrode count and connector; do not use Performance G432-8S01-W1 blindly.

463242715 ignition is a box-store collector with ceramics at the 5/8” IR tubes. Some years are SureFire multi-outlet (searches show G511-0055-W1 / 8678636P06 on related IR carts). We do not invent that as your SKU. Photograph the module, outlet count, and the ceramic clip. Performance hose-clamp G432-8S01-W1 is a different electrode.

Batteries first. Then one ceramic. Then the module.

Procedure

  1. Lid open. Click test. No click: batteries/module. Click, no snap: ceramic or lead.
  2. Snap, no fire: gas or a tube off the orifice — 463242715 tubes.
  3. Tank off. Grates and emitters out so you can see each ceramic.
  4. Photograph which post each color lead uses.
  5. Replace one cracked ceramic. Nickel gap to the tube, not to the emitter.
  6. If every ceramic is new and there is still no tick, search 463242715 igniter module — match outlet count (4+side).
  7. Fresh cells. Lid open. Light each main.
  8. Side burner dead, mains live: that one lead.
