Nexgrill 720-0783E burner tubes

720-0783E four-main tubes often share the 14-7/8 × 1-inch class with 720-0830H. Confirm inlet style and measure before installing a universal kit.

Clean versus clogged burner ports Left tube shows even open ports and a blue flame sketch. Right tube shows grease-clogged ports and a yellow uneven flame. BURNER TUBE · PORTS CLEAN Even blue cones. Every port open. CLOGGED Grease in the holes. Yellow, lift, dead spots. Ream with a bit smaller than the port. Do not drill oversized. Brass brush the row. Keep liquid out of the venturi / inlet. If the tube wall is lace under the ports, replace the set — do not patch holes.

Four-main 720-0783E kits frequently cross to the same ~14-7/8” × 1” tube class as 720-0830H. Dry-fit the inlet over the orifice and the rear pin. Short “universal” tubes flash back.

Procedure

  1. Photograph 720-0783E.
  2. Measure length and diameter.
  3. Tank off. Remove grates/tents.
  4. Replace perforated tubes.
  5. Dry-fit four tubes.
  6. Soap. Lid open. Light each.
  7. Flashback → tube not seated on orifice.
  8. Port cleaning if metal is sound but yellow.
