One burner will not light
One dead zone is almost never the tank. Check that tube’s electrode, carryover, ports, venturi nest, or a tube slipped off its orifice.

Procedure
- Lid open. Try the igniter on the dead burner, then a match at the ports.
- No spark only on that burner: that ceramic / lead — model igniter guides via brand hubs.
- Spark, no fire; neighbors light: gas at that orifice — tube off the brass, clogged ports, or a nest in that venturi.
- Cold. Remove the tent over the dead tube. Shine along ports. Ream pinholes carefully.
- Confirm the inlet fully covers the orifice. Gap = flashback risk and a dark burner.
- Carryover not bridging: carryover guide.
- Metal lace in the tube: replace — measure first.
- Still dark after a new tube: valve not opening — knob/valve issue, not another tube kit.
