E-330 cooking surface is three GS4 mains (67489 -class on many LP schematics) plus a side sear that is its own tube/casting (often 67454 -class on 330/335 diagrams). A “4-burner Genesis II” Amazon kit is usually wrong. Replace mains as a three-pack.

Procedure
Photograph mains vs sear. Count three tube inlets plus the sear valve.
Tank off. Grates and five main bars out. Leave sear until you know it failed.
Unclamp three mains. Slide off orifices.
Sky-check. Replace perforated tubes. Clean ports if metal is sound.
Dry-fit 67489-class 300 tubes. Spirit 18” is short.
Sear complaint: search Weber Genesis II E-330 sear burner against the plate — confirm 67454-class on the schematic before you buy.
Electrodes, bars off the sear, grates on.
Soap. Lid open. Light mains, then sear.
