Five ~17.1-inch Genesis II 300 bars (OEM 66795 / 66032 class). E-330 has a side sear — leave that uncovered; do not install Spirit 15.3-inch bars.

E-330 is the propane-class Genesis II 300 with a side sear (E-335 is the common NG sibling story — confirm fuel on your plate). Main-box Flavorizers are the same five-bar 66795 / 66032 class used on E-310 / E-315 / E-335. Spirit 15.3” bars leave port rows naked. Genesis II 400 (66797) is longer.

Tubes: E-330 burners. Ignition: E-330 igniter. Related: E-335 bars. Hub: Genesis.

Procedure

  1. Plate: Genesis II E-330 / S-330 plus LP or NG. Count three mains + sear valve.
  2. Cold. Grates off. Measure old bars — ~17.1” × ~3”, five pieces over the mains only.
  3. Lift bars. Scrape the rail. Daylight through a peak → that bar is done.
  4. Set five new 300-series bars. Do not cover the side sear with a sixth Spirit leftover.
  5. From the front, no naked main-port row. Grates on.
  6. Preheat. Shift any gap that opens over a tube.
  7. Mains lace because bars failed first: E-330 tubes.
  8. Wrong family on the plate: read the Weber data plate.

FAQ

Are E-330 Flavorizers the same as E-335?

Main-box five-bar set is the same 66795/66032 class. Sear stays uncovered on both. Confirm fuel and year on the plate.

Can I use Spirit 300 bars?

No. Spirit 15.3” is short for Genesis II 300.
