Weber Genesis II E-335 igniter

E-335 mains plus side sear: many years use 67532-class electronics, not the 66354 310/315 kit. Diagnose sear ceramic separately from the three mains.

Genesis II E-335 has three main ceramics and a sear electrode. On many 2016+ 330/335 years Weber lists 67532, not the 66354 310/315 kit. Buying a 310 kit leaves the sear lead nowhere to land — or a short main harness. We do not pin a 66354/67532 ASIN; those OEM listings have 404’d before. Search the plate.

Spirit 7642 and Spirit II 67053 do not belong here.

Diagnose

  1. Lid open. Hold the button: rapid tick.
  2. Mains snap, sear silent → sear ceramic or its lead. Do not replace the main module first.
  3. Sear snaps, one main dark → that main electrode.
  4. Everything snaps, no fire → regulator.
  5. Tank off. Bars out — E-335 flavorizers stay off the sear.
  6. Photograph each color-coded lead. Pull at the module.
  7. Replace one ceramic at a time. Nickel gap at the factory tab.
  8. Test mains, then sear, lid open.

FAQ

Does Genesis II E-335 use the same igniter as E-315?

Not as a complete kit on many years. E-315 is three-main 66354-class. E-335 often needs the 330/335 67532-class harness that includes the sear. Match the exploded view.
