E-310 flavorizers are a five-bar, 15.3-inch set (OEM 7636 family) on front-control 2013+ carts. E-210 uses three wider bars of the same length. Count is the first filter; a 210 kit leaves two port rows naked on a 310.

Side-control Spirit 300 (2007–2012) is often 21.5” / 7536. Measure. Plate.

When they are done

Measure and swap

  1. Cold. Grates off. Count five bars over three tubes.
  2. Measure end-to-end. Write 15.3” versus 21.5” versus Genesis 17”.
  3. Compare the verified 7636 listing above to your tape. Forum numbers are clues, not a serial guarantee.
  4. Gloves. Lift old bars. Scrape the notches level.
  5. Set new bars with each peak over a tube. From the front you should not see a port row in a valley.
  6. Grates on. Preheat and look once.
