Genesis II E-310 is three GS4 mains in the 300 box — Weber lists 67489 (LP) / 67491 (NG) as the three-tube kits on many 2017+ schematics. There is no side sear (that is E-330/E-335). Spirit 18” 69787 tubes are short. Original Genesis (no “II”) is a different cook box.
Release rear clamps. Lift rear, slide off orifices. Label left / middle / right.
Sky-check each tube. Port clog only: clean ports. Extra holes or split seam: replace.
Dry-fit three 67489-class mains. Inlet fully on brass; rear tabs land without bowing the tube.
Clip the crossover / carryover so all three light from the left. A Spirit crossover is the wrong length.
Electrode gap at the factory tab. Bars over ports. Grates on.
Tank on slowly. Soap every joint. Lid open. Light left, walk middle and right.
FAQ
Do Genesis II E-310 tubes fit an E-315?
Main tubes are the same 300 GS4 family (67489/67491 class). Confirm fuel (LP vs NG) and the year on the plate. E-315 still has no sear.
Why search-only for tubes?
No live ASIN pinned specifically as Weber 67489 on this page. Flavorizer bars for the same box may be pinned elsewhere; tubes stay search until a listing title matches.
