Weber Genesis II E-315 flavorizer bars

Genesis II E-315 uses the 300-series five-bar 17.1-inch set (66032 / 66795), same family as E-310. Not Spirit 15.3 inches and not Genesis II 400.

Genesis II E-315 is a 300-series GS4 cart: five bars ~17.1” × 3” over three mains. Weber 66032 / 66795 is the family already used on Genesis II E-310. E-315 does not add a fourth flavorizer for a sear — if you have a side sear, you own an E-335, not this page.

Spirit 15.3” rattles. Genesis II 400 66797 is a different width. Original Genesis (no “II”) is not a guaranteed drop-in.

Procedure

  1. Confirm the fascia says Genesis II and the model is E-315 (or S-315). Plate.
  2. Cold. Grates off. Count five bars over three tubes — no sear bar.
  3. Measure ~17.1”. Photograph notch shape.
  4. Compare the verified II 300 listing. Spirit-width photos are a skip.
  5. Lift old bars. Scrape notches level.
  6. Set peaks over the three GS4 tubes. No bar hanging into a side shelf.
  7. Grates on. Preheat. Shift gaps.
  8. Tubes lace: E-315 burner tubes.
