Igniter electrode gap at a burner port Ceramic insulator, metal tip aimed at a burner port. Spark gap about the thickness of a nickel. SIDE VIEW · ELECTRODE GAP burner tube ports ceramic lead tip spark gap ≈ nickel ~1.8–2.1 mm to a port Tip aims at a port, not the tube wall. Cracked ceramic = replace. Fig. — Electrode: ceramic, tip, burner port, ~nickel gap. Q 3200 is the larger cart Q with two burners. Genuine 64868 is documented for Q 1200/2200 (2014+). Do not assume 64868 is the 3200 kit — count ceramics, lead lengths, and the button module against the Q 3200 exploded view.

Procedure
Plate must say Q 3200 (not Q 1200/2200).
Lid open. Igniter tick? No tick → module/battery first.
Tick at one burner only: that electrode.
Both snap, no fire: gas path / regulator .
Tank off. Photograph both ceramics and the module.
Replace one electrode at a time. Gap to the tube tab.
Do not force a 1200 clip geometry onto a 3200 bracket.
Test lid open.
