Weber Spirit II E-210 flavorizer bars

Three 15.3-inch bars (OEM 67045 porcelain or stainless 200-series class) over two GS4 tubes. A five-bar 310 kit will not sit in a 210 box.

Spirit II E-210 uses three bars about 15.3” / 15-1/4” (Weber porcelain set 67045). Original front-control Spirit 200 stainless bars are the same length and count — that is why a verified 15.3” three-bar listing can serve both, if the photo is 200-series width, not Genesis 17”.

A five-bar 310 kit leaves two bars stacked or hanging. Genesis II 66795 is too long.

Procedure

  1. Cold. Two grates off. Count three bars over two tubes.
  2. Measure end-to-end. Write 15.3” vs 21.5” (side-knob Spirit) vs Genesis 17”.
  3. Compare the verified 15.3” three-bar listing. If the product photo is five bars, skip it.
  4. Gloves. Lift old bars. Scrape the notches level so new bars sit, not rock.
  5. Set peaks over the two GS4 tubes. From the front you should not see a port row in a valley.
  6. Grates on. Preheat. Shift any gap before a fatty cook.
  7. If tubes already show daylight, stop stacking bars on lace: II E-210 tubes.

FAQ

Are Spirit II E-210 flavorizers the same as original Spirit E-210?

Length and count match the 15.3” three-bar 200-series class (2013+ front control). Porcelain OEM on many II carts is 67045. Measure notches; do not mix a 310 five-pack.

Can I use Genesis II bars in a Spirit II E-210?

No. Genesis II 300 bars are ~17.1” (66032 / 66795). They will not sit in Spirit notches.
