Clean versus clogged burner ports Left tube shows even open ports and a blue flame sketch. Right tube shows grease-clogged ports and a yellow uneven flame. BURNER TUBE · PORTS CLEAN Even blue cones. Every port open. CLOGGED Grease in the holes. Yellow, lift, dead spots. Ream with a bit smaller than the port. Do not drill oversized. Brass brush the row. Keep liquid out of the venturi / inlet. If the tube wall is lace under the ports, replace the set — do not patch holes.

Spirit II E-210 GS4 tubes are two 18” mains with insect screens and a forked rear tab, plus a 10-1/2” crossover (67278). A Spirit II E-310 four-piece set (three mains + 15-1/4” crossover) will not rail in this box. Original Spirit 69785 2013+ 200-series tubes look close — confirm the electrode bracket on the left GS4 tube before you keep a 69785 set.

Plate. LP vs NG kits are not interchangeable at the venturi shutter.

Safety

Procedure

  1. Photograph left vs right tubes. The left main carries the electrode bracket.
  2. Grates and II E-210 flavorizers out. Unclip the igniter if it blocks the left tube.
  3. Remove rear screws or forked-tab hardware. Lift the rear, slide the inlet off the orifice.
  4. Sky-check. Extra holes besides factory ports → scrap that tube. A nest you cannot extract whole → scrap.
  5. Dry-fit two 18” GS4 mains. Inlet swallows the orifice; rear tabs land without stretching.
  6. Install the 10-1/2” crossover. A 310 crossover is too long and will not sit.
  7. Electrode nickel gap. Bars over the port rows. Grates on.
  8. Tank on slowly. Soap the coupling. Lid open. Light left, then right.

FAQ

Can I put Spirit II E-310 burners in an E-210?

No. The 310 kit is three 18” mains plus a 15-1/4” crossover. The 210 box has two rails and a 10-1/2” carryover.

Is OEM 67024 required?

67024 is Weber’s LP two-burner Spirit II kit. Search that number plus your fuel (LP vs NG). We do not invent an ASIN for the GS4 210 set.
