Napoleon Rogue 425 sear plates

Rogue 425 uses five porcelain sear plates (OEM N305-0082 / kit S87024 on many lists). ~41 × 8.9 cm each — not Weber Spirit Flavorizers.

Napoleon Rogue 425 covers three N100-0060 mains with five porcelain sear plates. OEM naming on many lists: N305-0082 plates or kit S87024. Dimensions are often cited near 41 cm × 8.9 cm. Weber Spirit bars are the wrong shape.

Procedure

  1. Plate: Rogue 425 / XT / RSIB variant.
  2. Cold. Grates off. Count five plates over three tubes.
  3. Lift warped / rusted-through plates.
  4. Set five new plates. Ports covered from the front.
  5. Grates on. Preheat.
  6. Flare-ups still bad: flare-up guide and clean the tray.
  7. Tubes lace: Rogue burners.
  8. Prestige 500 is a different series — Prestige sear plates.

Can I use Weber Flavorizers?

No. Different length, width, and count.
