Traeger Ironwood 885 hot rod

Ironwood 885 D2 igniter is KIT0255-class DC. Confirm length against the 885 parts diagram — do not install Pro Series 22 AC rods.

Ironwood 885 is the larger Ironwood D2 cart. Same rule as 650: KIT0255-class DC, measure the old rod, search-only until a listing title matches your serial’s diagram.

Procedure

  1. Unplug. Vacuum cold ash.
  2. Photograph rod and connector.
  3. Remove and test continuity.
  4. Install DC rod to same depth.
  5. Startup glow check.
  6. Do not force an AC Molex onto a D2 harness.
  7. Search Traeger Ironwood 885 hot rod.
  8. Grease management: liners.
