Napoleon lists S83008 (porcelain cast iron) and S83013 (stainless waved) as the two-piece cooking grid sets for Rogue 425 . Each grid is about 17-3/4” × 11-3/4” . S83015 is the smaller Rogue 365 set — wrong width.

Procedure
Photograph Rogue 425 / SE 425 on the plate.
Cold. Lift both grids. Measure one piece.
Choose cast iron (S83008 class) or stainless (S83013 class) to match what you prefer to maintain.
Compare the verified S83013 listing or search S83008. Reject 365-width kits.
Five sear plates under the grids should be intact — sear plates if warped.
Drop grids in. Preheat. Season cast iron; stainless needs less babying.
Uneven sear: uneven heat / tubes.
IR rear/side burners on RSIB years are separate SKUs — not these main grids.
FAQ
Cast iron or stainless?
Cast iron holds sear marks; stainless is lower maintenance. Both are Rogue 425–sized when they are S83008 / S83013 class. Measure.
