Spirit II E-310 flavorizers are a five-bar, 15.3” set. Weber porcelain 67046 is the II 3-burner kit. Stainless front-control Spirit 300 7636-class bars are the same length and count on many years — still measure. Side-control pre-2013 Spirit 300 (often 21.5” / 7536) is a different cart.
Fascia must say Spirit II or the schematic year must be 2017+. Original E-310: Spirit E-310 flavorizers.
Procedure
- Cold. Three grates off. Count five bars over three tubes.
- Measure 15.3”. Genesis II 17.1” and original Genesis 17.5” are wrong families.
- Compare the verified five-bar 15.3” listing. A three-bar 210 kit leaves two port rows naked.
- Lift old bars. Scrape notches. Warped so they will not sit → replace, do not hammer.
- Set each peak over a GS4 tube. Valleys should not expose a port row from the front.
- Grates on. Preheat once. A gap you can see now is a flare-up later.
- Tubes already perforated: II E-310 burners before you spend on bars alone.
- Firebox floor daylight: repair vs replace.
FAQ
Is OEM 67046 the same as 7636?
67046 is the Spirit II 3-burner porcelain set. 7636-class stainless 15.3” five-packs are the original front-control Spirit 300 size. Same length and count; enamel vs stainless is a material choice. Confirm the photo is five bars, Spirit-width.
Will Genesis II 66795 bars fit Spirit II E-310?
No. ~17.1” Genesis II 300 bars do not land in Spirit 15.3” notches.
